✅ Training with us is awesome — but it does carry some risks (think muscle strains, sprains, slips, or the odd bump).
✅ You’re choosing to take part voluntarily, and it’s important to listen to your body and train at your own pace.
✅ Your health is your responsibility. Please make sure you’re in a safe condition to exercise and let us know about any injuries or health concerns.
✅ Our coaches are here to guide you, but you agree that Tau Training and its team can’t be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or complications that may happen (unless caused by proven negligence).
✅ Equipment and weights can push you — use them safely and always follow the instructions we give.
✅ If something doesn’t feel right — pain, dizziness, or discomfort — stop straight away and let us know.
✅ Unsure about a movement or workout? Just ask! We’d rather you pause than push through unsure.
